At PetParadise, we are here to ensure that your shopping experience is enjoyable and secure. We hope you love your products, but we understand that in some cases, a return or exchange may be necessary. Here are our return and exchange terms:
RETURN/EXCHANGE GUARANTEE:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- All return requests must be made via petparadise12354@gmail.com, and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Address Errors:
- Please ensure your address is entered correctly when placing your order. We cannot offer refunds for errors caused by incorrect address information.
Delivered Orders:
- If your order is marked as delivered but you do not receive it, we may reship the order, but we cannot offer a refund.
Delayed Orders:
- We cannot refund orders that are trackable and still in transit, but we will assist you with any delay issues on a case-by-case basis.
